PFI Has No Role In Assam Incident, But Will Provide All Support To Evicted People: Anis Ahmed

Popular Front of India’s (PFI) General Secretary, Anis Ahmed has rubbished reports accusing his organisation of ‘mobilising crowds’ for protest during an eviction drive last week, which resulted in the horrific killing of two people in police firing.

He said PFI has no role in the incident, but said his organisation will provide all support to the people evicted from their homes during the government drive.
