Shaikh Abdul Rehman Haran Makki is a revert and a student of knowledge. His quest for knowledge led him to secure a seat in Dar Al Hadith Al Khairiyah, Makkah and later the prestigious Kulyatul Haram, Makkah (College of Masjid Al Haram). He worked at the fatwa centre, in the Masjid al-Haram and took classes in various masajid in Makkah.
