Personal Life and Career

In 2010, he left the music industry to become an Islamic nasheed artist, releasing his first nasheed dedicated to Allah in 2011 and signing with record label Safar Media and PR company 1st Witness. He has appeared in several dramas and web series, and released several nasheed albums, winning awards and being nominated for others. In 2019, he launched his own podcast, “Omar Esa and Friends Podcast.”

In addition to his musical career, Omar is also a passionate advocate for Islamic causes and charities. He is a regular speaker at events, and he often speaks out against the marginalisation of Muslims in Western societies. He has also established a successful charity, which provides basic education and healthcare to children in Muslim-majority countries.

Omar is a living example of how Islamic music can be used to spread awareness and understanding of the Muslim faith. He is a vocal proponent of interfaith dialogue, and his music has been used as a bridge between Muslim and non-Muslim cultures. Omar continues to perform and record Islamic nasheeds, helping to strengthen the presence of Islamic music in the Western world.
