Modi Govt Spent Rs 4,343 Crore on Publicity, Reveals RTI

According to an RTI response, the Modi-led BJP Govt has spent a whopping Rs. 4,343.26 crore on advertisements and publicity through different media, since it took power in 2014.

But how can the Govt justify splurging public money on advertisements, when hundreds of farmers across India are committing suicide due to poverty? Who will hold them accountable?
