Small-Time Bollywood Actor Manoj Joshi Asks If ‘Houses Which Raised Afzal’, Also Raise Doctors, Gets Slammed For Anti-Muslim Hate

There are many in India who have made a business of selling shrouds of Muslims to feed their families. Small-time Bollywood actor Manoj Joshi is one of the many who has joined this herd.

On Sunday, the actor and an ardent BJP supporter took to his Twitter handle to share a one-liner that displayed his hatred for Muslims. “Do the houses which were raising Afzals, also raise doctors someday? (sic),” he tweeted in Hindi.

Soon, the anti-Muslim tweet went viral on social media, with many slamming the actor for targeting Muslims when thousands of people across India are dying of COVID-19.

A Muslim doctor responded to his tweet stating that he has been serving patients, even in the state of fasting in the month of Ramadan.

He also slammed the actor and called his mindset destructive and cheap.

“Reporting sir, serving the patients in the month of Ramzan, without having even a sip of water. Sir, sorry to say but even the evil don’t have destructive/cheap mind like you. Covid (sic),” his tweet read.
