Singer Lucky Ali on Sunday tweeted a post on his Twitter, allegeding about the land mafia operations in Bengaluru.
In a tweet, Ali alleged that the land mafia is encroaching on his farmland in Kenchenahalli Yelahanka, Bengaluru, where has he has been reportedly living for the last 50 years. He said now some people are trying to encroach on that land.
He named one Sudhir Reddy as the main person who is trying to encroach on the land with the help of his wife, Rohini Sindhuri, an IAS officer. Ali claimed that they are exploiting the state’s resources for their personal use.
Lucky Ali has been living at the said farmhouse since 1969. His father, late actor and comedian Mehmood Ali, bought the property in the said year, and since then the whole family has been living there.
In a social media post, the singer also claimed that the local police are not helping him, in fact, they are supporting the encroachers. Ali is also concerned that his family and small children are alone on the farm.
Lucky Ali is currently in Dubai, and he wanted to meet the DGP of Karnataka before going abroad, but since the DGP was unavailable, he could not meet him. Ali has complained to the ACP but there was not much effect.
