Ashfaqullah Khan: The Immortal Revolutionary

A poet, a revolutionary, a martyr, Ashfaqulla Khan went down in history for heading the 1925 Kakori train robbery, during India’s freedom movement.

On his 119th birth anniversary, we remember the man, who made the ultimate sacrifice and kissed the gallows with a smile at the age of 27 to make India as free as she is today.
