The Ministry of Law and Justice Wednesday transferred Justice S. Muralidhar of the Delhi High Court to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The order of transfer was issued on the same day, the judge held three key hearings on the Delhi riots and pulled up Delhi Police for failing to register FIRs against three BJP leaders for their alleged hate speeches which purportedly led to the violence.
